The sales result of LAWSON Business (LAWSON and NATURAL LAWSON) in June is as follows*.
Existing-store sales (excluding ticket and gift card sales, etc.) increased 4.9% year on year over the same period and the average number of customers per store increased 2.4% and the average customer spend decreased 2.4% year on year.
The Lawson Group operated 14,608 convenience stores in Japan at the end of June 2024, including 133 NATURAL LAWSON stores and 645 LAWSON STORE 100 stores.

<Sales situation>
・Sales of rice balls were strong due to the success of various HAPPY LAWSON PROJECT ! measures.
・In bread category, sales of sandwiches were strong.
・In over-the-counter fast food products, sales of “DEKARAAGE-KUN Fried Chicken” and “MACHI café” products were strong.
・In dessert category, sales of “Premium Roll Cake” were strong.
・In bakery items category, sales of savoury bread such as “Beef Curry Bread” and sweet bread such as “Salty Melon-pan Bread with Chocolate” were strong.
・In toys, sales of entertainment lottery tickets and trading card games were strong.

<Sales Promotion Measures>
・HAPPY LAWSON PROJECT ! “Foundation festival”
“Too much challenge”(6/11-6/24), Sales promotion to get soft drinks for free (6/25-7/8), etc.

Cigarette sales were a factor that pushed up existing-store sales in June by about 1 point year-on-year.
