TOKYO, JAPAN, 2 15, 2023
We hereby announce that we decided to voluntarily adopt International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) at the Board of Directors meeting held today. The first document to use these standards in place of Japan GAAP will be the consolidated financial statements in the Annual Securities Report for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2023.
The Company has decided to adopt IFRS voluntarily in order to improve the international comparability of financial information in the capital markets.
